Banana Bombs Records invites you to download an exclusive copy of their upcoming release by Chris Munky & Berise.

This August, Chris Munky and Berise, collide on the label's first reggae single, "Policeman" [BBR007]. The 420 sound, five-track release, covers all bases for the sound system heads, with the original reggae mix and 4 remixes. The new collaboration project comes courtesy of Banana Bombs Records, marking Berise's debut on the label.

Chris Munky’s name may be unfamiliar to some, but the UK DJ/producer, now based in Sydney, has earned his stripes as a well-documented all-rounder, immersed in various genres while cementing his footing in the drum and bass scene with recent releases with Nextmen and Villem's Murkt Records.

Italian emcee & festival director Berise has sustained an epic work rate over the past 5+ years, recently releasing the fourth album with his live reggae band, Shanti Powa; plus ongoing European tours and releases with dub reggae producer Wicked & Bonny.

'Policeman' remixes come from far and wide, featuring a club banger from UK jungle don Gold Dubs, Sydney bass merchant Akul delivering a halftime version & Manilla's dub warrior Red-I providing both vocal and dub versions of his steppas remix.

The full single release is available exclusively to Bandcamp on the 6th August and all reaching a full range of digital service providers the following week on 20th August 2021.
